“Easy to navigate website with a plethora of different lights and an easy ordering system. Communication is very good from acknowledging the order to an expected delivery date. The product was well packaged and delivered on time. The light fitting itself was good quality and works well.”

“Recently three of four under cabinet flouro tubes stop working. I needed the replacements for a viewing by a potential buyer of my house the next afternoon. Chris expedited delivery and the tubes arrived the following morning. Regrettably, they did not light up. Chris diagnosed either a connexion fault or a failed fitting. Initially, I failed to spot that one of the connexions was not fully made and discovered that replacement fittings could only be ordered from Howdens by a kitchen fitter. Chris suggested that I retry the connexions and it was then I discovered the faulty connexion and all of the lights were working for the viewing. I regards this as exceptional service. Well done Chris!”

“I ordered 2 fluorescent bulbs earlier this month but unfortunately when I opened the package both bulbs were broken.I rang your customer service and the nice lady that I spoke to said she would send replacements and these were received the following day.When I unpacked them one bulb was O.K but the other bulb was broken.”

“I’ve asked on to emails to receive copy of refund they have still not replied or done so because they were out of stock they should known this on order but still took my money !! Bad service”

Hello Maria, a copy of your refund was automatically sent to the email address you provided as soon as it was issued. We also sent a copy earlier this week as requested. I have forwarded a copy to you again this morning. With regards to the item being out of stock, as it is a seasonal item, it had sold out. We did advise as soon as we realised we could not fulfil your order. We do not work on weekends so as the order was placed on a Saturday, this was on the Monday morning. “I bought a 221mm Striplight fitting last week but it would not actually fit a 221mm lamp. I sent an email to ask about this problem but have received no reply so I am not happy with the service from envirolights.”

“I needed advice regarding how to move on from tungsten bulbs to LED for my precious Anglepoise lamps. Not for the first time, a phone call to Enviro Lights. There is always someone who can explain what's available now and what will best suit my needs.”
