“First charger broke within weeks of use, then took months to get replaced. Charger still doesn't properly detect the car, rate of charge or total charge. App is really basic. Good point is that it's very compact and looks good.”

“I found the initial enquiry form very laborious and over complicated for a lay person to complete. This difficulty lead to the installers quoting for the installation at the incorrect point. This could have been avoided by a short zoom call so as everyone could have been on the same page. The local “approved” installer was very unsatisfactory and they were the only ones in my area which was very frustrating and unfortunate. It meant that I had to do most of the work for the contractors as all they wanted to do was join the cables at both ends. Definitely more work needs to be done to expand the network of installers and to improve the enquiry experience.”

“Although the start time for the installation was delayed I was updated throughout the day on a revised arrival time. The installation was straightforward and the work done was very neat and the installer (Matt) was helpful and knowledgeable in terms of answering questions. Excellent service and would definitely recommend them”

“The installer phoned at 8 to say he would arrive about 9. He arrived at 9. We discussed the installation options and agreed on a solution. He then installed the equipment and cables. On completion, he explained what he had done, how it worked and helped me install the app. We then connected the car to see it charging and the app working. He swept the area before leaving. This was a very professional installation.”

“After a false start with the local installer, who just before the end of March 2022 Government Grant deadline advised that they couldn't install it, Ashley from EV Domestic squeezed us in and did a great job. I haven't used it yet but it looks good ! Phil”
