Excellent, helpful throughout the ordering process. The installers were highly knowledgeable and professional. Clean tidy install can't fault at all.

First contractor refused to install because they stated they needed to run a data cable to our separate garage - despite giving information repeatedly about install. Then took a long time to get a refund. Eventually installed six months later but grant had been reduced so no compensation for that. However team did stick with it and eventually rebooked and installed. Now we have problem with Octopus who are unable to install smart meter after 9 months and no date provided

Great service, particularly from Simon, who updated my fuse box, and Paul and Nathalia @ Crosstech, who organised and installed the EV charger the following day. Knowledgeable, neat, tidy, no fuss, good comm's, reliable and on time: great service all round. thanks guys

I have improved my review of my Mini Pro 2 charger after I managed to get the app to connect the unit to WiFi without needing to go via customers services. There is lots of scope to improve the app but the unit is neat and looks good in the drive.

Very happy with the service. Electrician, Alan worked extremely hard to get job done, fitting in with my plans. We had a delay as the charger didnt arrive on the first day, but he sorted it out, leaving me a spare charger to charge car. He organised the re delivery, came back to fit tethered charger and set up the app, making sure everything worked smoothly. Really happy!

Hi there, Installer needs to return to help set up the app. So the charger is working fine but no smart controls via the app at the moment hence this score. EO support team me they are working to resolve Support ticket in flight apparently Thanks Mark

Cable storage is difficult The app will not let me join with your hub The unit itself is neat and seems to be working well I phoned about the app and the wait to have my query answered was very long and my email has still not been answered so I have some reservations

Very straightforward, the government grant form was straightforward and clearly explained, EO customer services are helpful and efficient and answer calls straightway, being able to call and email a specific individual is very helpful. The install was carried out within 2 weeks and very professionally done. only negative is that the cost is a little high at £545 after the government grant and Octopus discount, but I think this an industry norm at present until there is the demand and economies of scale I expect this pricing is the only way the product is viable.

Box looks nice, but bought so we could use the app and take advantage of lower electricity prices at night. Can’t get the app to connect to my EO hub at all. Also my vehicle make and model are not available as a selection within the app. The help desk people on email were friendly enough, but it’s been 2 weeks since I last heard from them. Their response was pretty much ‘We’ll look into it’, so I would expect to have had some answers by now. Disappointed.

Really efficient, love the product - EO mini pro 2.Small and discrete but with great app functioning. Fitting company LCS were also brilliant! Would recommend to anyone

Very good and friendly installation team, although the booking of the slot was a little slow (not the EO team, who kept chasing, but the installers). The unit looks good, but the software install was a bit troublesome, and needed 2 attempts. It has worked well since installing, other than once when the fuse tripped when plugging the car in.

Terrific little,being the operative word, unit. We went for the all black finish on the Mini Pro 2. It’s very descrete and great quality materials used throughout. Totally recommend this device 100% as home charger unit.

Really pleased with the installation (Deven from ChargedEV did a great job) and the unit looks great and the app is very handy. The original messaging around what we needed was a bit frustrating - the goalposts changed a bit around the remedial work we needed before the install could take place. That aside, the communication has overall been excellent throughout and EO always tried to help with any request.

Sorry for the low rating. It was only installed yesterday so too soon to judge its functionality in depth. It appears to do all it says on the tin. The app is a bit clunky. Took two goes to register. I look forward to future upgrades. Very disappointed with the fitter. He arrived very promptly - good, but didn’t ware a mask and asked to use the toilet twice. Being too polite to refuse, on reflection I wish we had not allowed him to do so in the present circumstances as this is now causing us concern. We think you need to ensure your staff are properly trained and are sensitive to others with regards Covid restrictions and protocols. We look forward to hearing a response from you. Regards Andrew Tweed I had occasion to mention that I was not happy the fitter did not wear a mask and that he asked to use our private facilities. With hindsight I was wish I had not allowed him to do so however I am pleased to say the EO team took instant notice of my review and addressed the issue so that another customer may not be put in the uncomfortable position that I found myself. Thank you EO. The charger is working exactly as expected and my comment that the app is a bit clunky was noted and I am assured this is an issue they are addressing. Again, thank you for your prompt action.
