The installation process was appalling. We would never use this company in the future. Still do not have access to the app, waiting for someone to call back with a solution. The guy who came to so the installation was the most helpful and a really nice guy

Dealing with EO was harder than it should have been and the production of a quote took weeks. The installer was fantastic however and went above and beyond. Charger is small and discreet so happy about that.

From submitting the form to enquire about the charger been fitted was flawless amazing service. Survey was easy and effortless to complete, price was supplied everything broken down. Installation company were amazing very professional and worked every so tidy. EO mini pro v2 installed in black. Just waiting for the car to turn up so we can then use it 🤓👍 overall a great effortless experience if only everything was this great

Hi the communication between EO Rachel sale representative Gary Mathew's installers was excellent. And installation team were excellent and we're very clean and tidy and good installation. I'm a Electrician my self so no a good installation when I see w one. And would recommend EO to friend or family KR STEPHEN PAINTAIN

Neat & compact, unlike some other monstrosities! The App is very clear & I like how you can lock it from the app. Can’t find where to add my unit £ rate for it to calculate costs though. Other than that very happy.

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave a lovely review we're very glad you're enjoying our EO Mini Pro 2! 🙌 Hopefully, the below answers your question and helps you make the most of your charge point. - On the home screen of the EO Smart Home App, swipe your finger from right to left to access the scheduled charging page. - Press the down arrow next to ‘Off-Peak Charging’. - Input energy prices in the boxes provided. The system assumes that the costing is in pence/cents and only works with a whole number so do not use a decimal place. - Once entered, scroll down the page and press save. - Future charges will now show the estimated costs. I have been waiting for over a week to speak to an engineer as my charger is not connecting to WiFi. Two calls made by me and still no response. So far not at all impressed.

Excellent service from first contact right through to the installation of my mini pro 2. EO made it very easy to follow and were on hand for any queries right up to the day of installation. The technician who completed the installation was very helpful, kept me updated with what he was doing, made sure everything was working, that I was happy with the installation and how everything worked including using the APP before he left. Thank you

I was kept informed throughout the process and was very pleased with the installation. The charger looks as though it will do it’s job but unfortunately the delivery date for our electric vehicle has been put back 6 months so I haven’t been able to use the charger hence 4 star review.

From the start of my application for a quote to the installation of the wall charger,it was a smooth and efficient service. I was kept well updated via email, the engineers (Pete & Mike) arrived on dot on the day and did an excellent job of a tricky installation. One very happy and satisfied customer!

My customer experience was great. The engineer was also great. The app however is not so great. I had to continuously connect to the charging point in order to view status updates on my phone. The initial readings were not correct. The downside to the charger is that there does not appear to be a locking facility. It would be good if this was available.
