“I paid for an Eo charger but the installer turned up with one that says octopus energy in huge letters. Doesn’t look as nice as what I bought. No I’m not with octopus energy. The installer just said he brought the wrong one. And he travelled over 100 miles he said. Would be good to check products before loading the van. So lost one star. The app is awful - if it was the year 2006 and apps were a new thing to us I would be more forgiving but really in this day and age the app gets you zero stars and fails the whole product - lucky for you one star is minimum to write the review. Sort the app out and get good installers and would be a 5 star product.”

“I am happy with my charging point but am still in dispute with SRG Electrical about monies owed to us. They quoted for work which was not carried out by the electrician on-site and have refused to refund despite giving me assurances that they will. It has been almost 8 weeks since the installation and I am still chasing them for £312 that they owe us.”

“The unit is neat and compact, and works perfectly. The installation team were excellent — neat, tidy and helpful. I had some connection issues with the App, but Andrew on the technical support team was terrific and we got it solved. 100% satisfied”

“We had 4 x EV chargers fitted just over a year ago at our office car park. Really fantastic and knowledgeable team arranged all the installation and they work well and remain in perfect condition. Had the pleasure of needing to speak with Nicholas in the Tech Support team and he arranged a software and firmware upgrade on on the EV chargers - he called me back, made sure it was all working and talked me through some of the additional features and functions on the portal - outstanding and pro-active support for Nicholas and this company - couldn't recommend him/them highly enough :-)”
