“Charger looks great, it's nice and small. Had a few issues with the scheduler on the app. Doesn't always work as it says it should, I think I had to unplug the car and plug in again for it to reset? Hope it works as I'll need it to charge overnight on the octopus go rates ready to drive to work. Fingers crossed.”

“Great service, professional installation and technician. Overall brilliant job and very happy with experience. The unit itself is neat, compact and sits discretely in our porch, something we were very keen to ensure.”

“The charger is ok, installation was easy and the fit was excellent. Main drawback, the app is absolutely garbage - looks like it’s been designed by a first year student. Really no excuse for it in this day and age. Got this as it was recommended by Octopus, but I think I would have gone with a different charger.”

“The Installer was both helpful, efficient and accommodating. The only issue with room for a little improvement was coverage of the finer points of the app. For example, it seems that if off-peak and solar options are selected and the weather becomes dull or dark, the system tops up the power from the mains a prevailing rate. Another issue with the app is that the default starting charge is zero and I have yet to find out how to change this to the actual starting charge level.”

“I have not yet managed to connect the charger to my smart phone, it gets to the point of, registering EO Mini Pro with EO Cloud and just hanging, I have tried many times and get the same result. Regards”

“From start to finish I’ve been kept up to date and well informed. The fitter was exceptionally professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Everything has been very simple and straightforward to use and the bonus is I finally have my own charge point at home!”

“The team tuned up as planned on the day. All wore PPE when and where needed. The team went about the installation in a timely manner which seems to be fitted as I asked and to a high standard. Gary helped me complete the install of the app on my phone and talked me through how it worked. The charger is not overly big and doesn’t look to unsightly. Gary helped me find a lead that fitted my car and charger.All in all a great job and would highly recommend to anyone needing a charger for there EV.”
