“I have ordered three wigs from Epic Cosplay and I have been thoroughly satisfied each time. The wigs are fairly priced, especially for the quality. They are easy to style, well made, full, and adjustable. Shipping is completed in a timely manner and easy to track. I have had one issue with shipping in the past, though not at the fault of Epic, yet I was given quality customer service and assistance by Epic Cosplay to receive my order. Overall, I am highly satisfied with Epic Cosplay Wigs and look forward to my next order!”

“The wigs I had originally picked out 2 were not available but I got the quickest email to fix it and pick my new choices. Comes quick in priority shipping and packed neatly. Wigs fit snug but don't suffocate”

“Originally ordered a different wig that was on backorder, it said it would be here within five weeks and I was fine waiting that long. Emailed asking if it would be here on time after 4 weeks and they said it would actually take another 3 weeks. That was too long for me, as I had a con to go to. Thankfully the support person was super nice and helped me change my order, and the new wig was shipped super quickly! Just wish the extra shipping time for the other wig was communicated earlier.”

“Shipping is quick, and products are always in stock which is a huge plus. However quality of wig fibers on the wig bases and the wig extensions are inconsistent across batches. A recent purchase from a commissioner had shiny extensions and a matte textured base wig. Next order i put in had all shiny fibers across both extensions and base. Prefer the matte textured texture for styling.”

“The wigs take a long time to arrive, which is always a negative, but let me just say... They are definitely worth the wait!! These are the softest wigs I have ever tried and I was skeptic about their detangleness, but it's really smooth! You can't see the lace while the wig is on either and overall I'm very pleased! I will be shopping here again and again and I've recommended the company to a lot of my friends! Very good quality, despite the long wait but that's a given when you live in Sweden.”

“Epic Cosplay Wigs was extremely responsive and accomodating when I had order my wig last minute for Anime Expo 2024. It was a pleasant experience ordering from them and arranging a pick up time, as I am local in the area. They had even provided me with freebie wig caps in my order. The wig was really good quality and easy to work with as a first time cosplayer. I would definitely reccomend them for cosplay wig purposes and I look forward to the next time I will be order from them!”

“The wigs are very soft, very thick, made of DURABLE high-quality fibers that will absolutely stand up to crimping and styling. I love the size of the wig cap, they’re comfortable to wear for extended hours and don’t become terribly itchy. Overall, the company is always responsive and helpful and the shipping is quick, I’ve been using them since I was a kid like 10 years ago and I have a hard time going anywhere else. I hope I’ll have the chance to upload photos once my latest wigs are styled!”
