“They have been so easy to work with when figuring out what wig I needed for Halloween. Local pickup was simple and then when I couldn't pickup locally the second time they popped the wig in the mail so quickly. The quality of the wig is so nice - so much better than any party store wig - I look forward to styling it for Halloween and using it for years to come!”

“The good: Wigs fit larger heads, loyalty program is generous, the colors are accurate, and the prices are great. They also detangle easily. The bad: wigs are a bit too shiny. Color variety is a bit lacking and the color sample rings are overpriced. Otherwise, easy to work with. I no longer use Arda- I use epic.”

“I know the wig we ordered is not top of the line and I expected that it would take some work to detangle it. But I am surprised that there was no effort made on your part to prevent tangles in shipping. The lower third of the wig is so matted that I do not think we can get it untangled. This was the first wig purchased by my teen - with their birthday money - and they spent the evening after it arrived in tears. Again, I did not expect perfection but I assumed there would be some effort on your part. If it is normal for wigs of this length to get this tangled when shipped then they should not be sold. I really do not think it is salvageable.”

“I ordered a wig and was immediately informed that the wig was actually on back order and that I could receive credit to put towards a different wig in the store. I really appreciated the honesty and didn't mind waiting for the backordered wig. Needless to say it was worth the wait. High quality service, high quality products.”
