“Their website is not necessarily the most organized, with each color selection being listed as a completely separate item. This can make it pretty trickly to navigate, but once you actually find what you want the product is great! Both my wigs have been exactly what I was looking for, shipped quickly, matched the description, and had great texture and thickness.”

“Hello the package went through customs costs and I had to pay 15€ extra, which I thought was pretty stupid and sad, I won't order here again im sorry. But the wig was very cool”

“I’m a little torn! I work with the princess party community and have been styling wigs for 7 years now so I’m pretty aware of how wigs should act with certain products and styling. I’ve purchased 2 wigs from EC because everyone loves them, their shade and style range is massive and I can find what I want super simple on their website for a decent price. But the 2 wigs I got have been TERRIBLE and IMPOSSIBLE to work with! The first one wouldn’t curl, hold a tease but also tangled like crazy! I though I must have gotten a bad base and bought another one - this one curled but came SO tangled and the more I brush the curls out as I’ve done the last 7 years the more tangled it gets. Maybe I got two bad bases? I’m not sure if I’ll buy here again though based on how bad these experiences were.”
