“I had some troubles with shipping the first time as made some impulsive mistakes with entering the address for shipping. Customer service was GREAT and helped me out with my purchase though, and my mistake only cost me an extra $3.50 in the end. No matter though, I'll definitely be shopping here again!”

“This is my second time buying this wig and the quality still amazes me! It’s very thick and soft. Perfect for my Hawks cosplay! It arrived on time. Shedding was minimum after brushing it fresh out the package (only two or three hairs). All around this is a great wig and highly recommend getting it.”

“I've bought two wigs from here and a few wefts, both wigs being great. The first wig was a bit tangled and I had trouble brushing it out, but it still worked for my Flora cosplay (Winx Club), and the second I used for Marinette Dupain-Cheng. Took me a bit of work to part the back, but it was still in great condition and worked REALLY well. Overall, these wigs are pretty great and are quality wigs.”

“The quality of nearly every single wig I've gotten from this company is excellent in condition. Very soft, very silky. Any styling these wigs come with stay even when repeatedly brushed out, but its easy to flat iron, crimp, or curl these wigs if you need to.”

“The wig is full and thick and accurate to the photograph. But I want to talk about the company and their customer service. I ordered the wig and received it within the working week, turns out it was the wrong color so I promptly emailed the company to get the situation figured out and they emailed me a return label for the wrong wig and shipped the right one the same day. I got the right wig 3 days later, and their distribution address is all the way across the country from me! What blew my mind more so was the fact that they also included a pre-labeled package to send the old wig back! I sent the wrong wig back that day! Never have I had such easy and overall good experience with a cosplay site’s customer service! I have ordered a handful of times from this company and will continue to come back for great quality and great people running it.”

“Their wigs are high quality no doubt, but I was really impressed this time around for their return service speed. Wig came to me a little squished, in a way that the hair fibers would not really be fixable. Sent it back per their instructions and had my store credit within days. Great company.”

“I usually like the wigs a lot but this time I ordered a different style and it was way too teased at the base and make hair down styles harder. The shipping time was very long and I was not pleased with the communication but overall it was acceptable and I did receive my products in correct shape.”
