“I love the wig very much. I thought it would be slightly more ginger, but i did get the light brown so it's not a huge issue. It took about two weeks to arrive which isn't bad at all since im in NZ.”

“Really fast service, including customer service response, however the tracking number links don't work for me still and I have ordered from them twice now, but there is a link in one of the order confirmation emails that will let you look at a map of the shipment tracking on their site instead of DHL. My first order came earlier than the estimated delivery date too. The wigs are very smooth and great quality, I have never seen futura fibers until now. It was easy to straighten and cut, but it's actually so smooth it wants to slip out of my hair clips and hair ties!”

“Epic Cosplay Wigs has such a great, affordable variety of wigs that you can choose from, and they will work in the event that you need a cheaper alternative to Arda Wigs or the wig you wanted to get from Arda is out of stock. I would recommend them for their free shipping, quality of wigs and the decent prices.”

“Excellent customer service! I made an order on a weekend, and then realized that I had to change the wig color not long after I made the order. So I sent an email that weekend requesting a change, and I got an email response before Monday morning letting me know that they changed the order per my request. They also shipped it that day, and it came on Thursday that very week!”
