“Great customer service - the wig I wanted was on backorder and they reached out to confirm I could wait till it was in stock. Then it didn't take very long at all to receive the wig! I tried it on and it looks great. Highly recommend.”

“The customer is very good, they answer very fast and keep the client informed. However, my order has been delayed twice but they always offered me to change the product or wait. I am very happy so far ! They are very professional and attentive to the customer. The quality of the wigs are awesome, the fibers are so soft and there is a bright range of choice !”

“I love Epic Cosplay Wigs! They're my go to for any of my cosplays. I pre-ordered a wig that was out of stock, expecting that I'd have to wait at least a month for them to get it back in stock and it was shipped out the next week already! They even messaged me right after I ordered to let me know they'd definitely have it back in time for the convention I listed as my goal for the order. Seriously, best cosplay wig company out there, I adore them!”
