“My experience with EpicVIN was extremely disappointing.
I was charged albost $200 under terms that were not clearly presented or transparently communicated. The pricing structure was not obvious at the time of purchase, and I strongly dispute the claim that the terms were “clearly stated.”
When I raised the issue and requested a refund, the response was unsatisfactory and did not resolve the concern. As a result, I have initiated a chargeback with my card issuer and filed a formal complaint with the FTC.
In my opinion, the billing practices lack transparency, and I would strongly advise others to read every detail carefully before entering payment information.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.”
