“I did a search on a car stored at the company I work for and paid one dollars for the service. Then I was billed 49.99 for a monthly subscription I never asked for and I was never made aware of it til I was charged. Its a scam!”
“This IS a scam!!! I used this website to review three VIN numbers. I called the customer support to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for an account membership. I was told it was canceled and I wouldn’t have any payments. Two days later I was charged $49.98. I called to speak with customer service and was given a link to fill out a form. Minutes after submitting it I was rejected a refund AND cancelation. I called again and they ignored my phone number three times in a row. I used my work phone to try and they immediately answered. I asked if I could speak with a manager and the woman spoke to me as if I was the dumbest person on Earth. She said there are no managers. Not sure how there are no managers or supervisors, but I called my bank and they said it sounded like a scam for sure. They blocked them from my account and said that they were set for reoccurring payments. If I had not called my bank, they would continue to charge me $49.99. I am still out the money too- all for three VIN numbers.”
“I had to run a bunch of checks on some vehicles for work so I got a 16 report package. Much cheaper than getting the reports separately. Good info in them so it was a win-win for me”
“Report was fine. Just make sure you read the small fine print if all you want to get is one .99 report. They sign you up automagicaly in 3 DAYS for a full months subscription for $49.
I went against my better judgment and fought the charge with PayPal which I lost of course. Now Epicvin says my account is
"Temporarily Limited
We notice a dispute has been raised with your bank. While it’s being resolved, access to certain features is temporarily limited. Cancelling dispute will help restore full access. We’re here for any support you might need at email address"
So the dispute is closed with PP. I contacted Epicvin and requested my account be restored to the full access I paid my $49.99 for, for the remainder of the time I have left on the subscription which is 18 days. So far 72 hours later, crickets.”
“For particular car history details, EpicVIN.com was quite helpful. It wasn't overly detailed, but it gave me a general sense of the car's authenticity. EpicVIN facilitated my car purchase. The 3-day trial with unlimited access was excellent for assessing several cars and making a choice.”
“We chose the unlimited subscription and when we checked all the cars we were considering, we were able to cancel it without a problem. Overall super convenient.”
“I can't believe I got scammed by this company. They seemed legit at first, promising all these amazing products and services, but it turns out they were just out to take advantage of unsuspecting customers like me. The worst part is that they didn't deliver on any of their promises and now I'm left feeling frustrated and ripped off.
But luckily i was introduced to SP EC TR U M - C RE ST and all i can say is they are professionals in what they do because they helped me retrieve my money in a very short period of time”

“EpiCar is a user-friendly platform where I listed my car and here dealers nationwide can bid on it. I got too many offers for my car within 24 hours. I can choose the best price for my car and I sold my in 24 hours after listed. Will recommened to anyone.”
“The site was both accurate and simple to use, far superior to AutoCheck and Carfax. It includes images and doesn't charge per report. I found the details I needed to buy my next used car with confidence.”
“Highly accurate and easy to use, this system outperforms AutoCheck and Carfax. It includes images and doesn't charge per report. I received all the information I needed to confidently purchase my next used car.”
“This company is the worst. I signed up to try their service as they offered $1 for a 3 day trial and then $49.99 monthly charge. I thought I would check it out and it was worth $1 to give it a try. The info that I received wasn't what I was looking for and didn't help. I then canceled my subscription literally hours after I signed up. They refuse to refund the money and won't reply when I've reached out to them. Epic Vin is a complete scam. Anything is better than the service Epic Vin offers. Do yourself a favor and google reviews on them and you'll see how many people have been ripped off by them. Complete Scam!”
“Company tried to charge me later for a $50 subscription… luckily my card declined it by itself. Very sneaky of them, I used the service prior for a 1$ use”
