I called the 800 number and the representative was extraordinarily unhelpful. I have disputed this through PayPal, but I also have collected a comprehensive list of the names and info for each member of the EpicVin team. Every single staff member will be hearing from me repeatedly until I receive a refund. Every single one. This company has a reputation for being a scam, for tricking people out of their money, and for refusing to assist customers with refunds. I will be happy to begin circulating information on every staff member of this company so that others who have been cheated can take further action.”

Beware of this scammer. They will take your money from your pocket without any concern. Exactly same thing happened with me like other people. Start with $1 trial and took $50 US dollar from the account without any concern. My subscription was cancelled automatically in 06.05.2024. However, they charged me and have no support from the customer support team. They send you some fake information about their trial policy. Screenshot attached here.
