I called the 800 number and the representative was extraordinarily unhelpful. I have disputed this through PayPal, but I also have collected a comprehensive list of the names and info for each member of the EpicVin team. Every single staff member will be hearing from me repeatedly until I receive a refund. Every single one. This company has a reputation for being a scam, for tricking people out of their money, and for refusing to assist customers with refunds. I will be happy to begin circulating information on every staff member of this company so that others who have been cheated can take further action.”

Start with $1 trial and took $50 US dollar from the account without any concern. My subscription was cancelled automatically in 06.05.2024. “Scammer company. I purchased a “one-time” report, no problems. What’s in the fine print is a subscription for $50 per month. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw it hit the bank. They refused to refund the $50. They advertised a one-time report and you are actually buying a subscription.
They responded to this review stating that it was clear in their “terms of service” that it was a trial. It is not clear, especially if it is buried in the “agreement”. They did offer a credit for further use of their service. But they know people are just using it once. And trick you into a subscription.”
