Advertises $1 report. Secure checkout button asks to accept $1 charge amount. If you don’t scroll down you miss the fine print that unclearly states you have 3 days to cancel a subscription or will be charged $49.99 and PayPal would not refund.

Scammer company. I purchased a “one-time” report, no problems. What’s in the fine print is a subscription for $50 per month. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw it hit the bank. They refused to refund the $50. They advertised a one-time report and you are actually buying a subscription. They responded to this review stating that it was clear in their “terms of service” that it was a trial. It is not clear, especially if it is buried in the “agreement”. They did offer a credit for further use of their service. But they know people are just using it once. And trick you into a subscription.

Dear all , please stay away from this website. They automatically subscribe even you use their single service and deduct monthly 49.99$. You will not realize that you are subscribed as its nowhere showing while using this website. They are scam

This is a scam company. Do not sign up for the three day trial. They will bill you credit card for $50 within 72 hours. You will not get your money back.

It's a scam company. I've ordered their 3-days trial for 1 USD. With no obligations to continue. Of course, they have read my card information. Just after using it for a couple of hours, I clicked the cancel subscription button. 11 days later, they charge me 49,99 USD for premium membership. They refuse to refund, telling me that they don't see the history of me canceling the subscription, even though I've never logged back to the account or downloaded any more VINs since day 1. Be very careful, they're trying to catch customers on their money.

Epicvin are big scammers they will show you $1 and take your card details, without giving any email notification or anything they steal $49.99 from your account even if you don’t use it also. One of the worst customer service and biggest online scammers.

Epicvin is a scam company. They advertise the $1 trial to lure you in, and then they charge you $50/month behind your back. They claim that the process is transparent, but that's a lie. They intentionaly make it their business model to refuse refunds after charging you, because that's how they make money. I cannot believe that they charged me $100 for NOT using their services... Stay away from them.

Scam company out there for VIN report. Real scam and theft. I purchased a repport for 1USD and three days later I got charged 49USD for so called monthly subscription which I have never done.

The level of detail in each report really blew me away. I could see clear photos, comprehensive damage reports, and even the odometer reading. And it's more affordable than similar services I've used, without any drop in the quality of information provided
