Beware of this scammer. They will take your money from your pocket without any concern. Exactly same thing happened with me like other people. Start with $1 trial and took $50 US dollar from the account without any concern. My subscription was cancelled automatically in 06.05.2024. However, they charged me and have no support from the customer support team. They send you some fake information about their trial policy. Screenshot attached here. One side of the screen showing subscription active and other side showing cancelled. They caught by themselves. Please ensure all cancel the future transaction with your bank. Thanks”

“Scammer company. I purchased a “one-time” report, no problems. What’s in the fine print is a subscription for $50 per month. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw it hit the bank. They refused to refund the $50. They advertised a one-time report and you are actually buying a subscription.
They responded to this review stating that it was clear in their “terms of service” that it was a trial. It is not clear, especially if it is buried in the “agreement”. They did offer a credit for further use of their service. But they know people are just using it once. And trick you into a subscription.”

“It's a scam company.
I've ordered their 3-days trial for 1 USD. With no obligations to continue. Of course, they have read my card information.
Just after using it for a couple of hours, I clicked the cancel subscription button.
11 days later, they charge me 49,99 USD for premium membership.
They refuse to refund, telling me that they don't see the history of me canceling the subscription, even though I've never logged back to the account or downloaded any more VINs since day 1.
