Arrived quickly, the silks were beautiful, however there was a slight packing error & mine was the wrong colour. I contacted the company customer service team which were quick to reply & apologised. They sent a free post returns label instantly & posted the correct silk which I received 2days later. Posted the other one back-no problems. I will definitely be purchasing from Equiflair again.
