“Love my new boots! Fabulous fit and comfortable immediately. As a disabled rider with lots of scar tissue on my left leg which can quickly become inflamed, this was important to me. Delivery wasn't quite as speedy as the courier's professed to maintain, but got here the day before my competition which was a relief as the zip had gone in both my other pairs of boots within days of each other, hence my order. Correspondence with Equiflair was answered in a timely and courteous manner. Will definitely shop with them again.”

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you felt the delivery was slow. Order was placed at 6pm on the evening of the 20th and the free delivery selected. Free delivery was the 2 - 5 working days. The order was delivered on the 24th which was the 3rd working day. We do offer an express and next day delivery service, but these options are not free.
“The saddle is perfect for us as it looks smart , lightweight ,great for all disciplines ,comfortable and most of all great value for money .My only criticism is the girth straps don’t wear very well they tend to crack quite quickly so they will have to be replaced ,which I would of liked the choice of when buying it to come with synthetic or leather .

“Goods arrived quickly & in perfect packaging, sadly boots too long for me & had to return.
Only drawback of the entire transaction was having to pay to return the product which as a costly affair given the value of the boots and the weight of the package!”

“Requested to add to my first order a few hours later and the denied me. I paid $21 each order for shipping and they shipped both orders in the same box. Completely stuffed and the box was not even good enough to not get beat up on the way here and then there was $71 in duties taxes. Wish it wasn’t so much in shipping if the box was going to be so weak.”
Thank you for your feedback Jill, the cost of shipping is calculated via weight of items rather than the number of items in an order & duties/ import taxes are at the discretion of the receiving country and unfortunately beyond our control. We do hope the items contained within the box arrived safely & that they arrived within 48 hours as promised by the courier as part of their premium delivery option
“Happy with the service I have received, easy to order on the website. The package was fine when the parcel arrived but the box if I’m honest was damaged on all 4 corners, was hoping to put a post up on social media to advertise but it didn’t look to good. The flex magnets are scratched on one stirrup (for the price would have expected a little more care and them to arrive unmarked)”
