It's official, 8 months they haven't done anything with my problem. Impossible to recover my 500€. I have made multiple conversations, tickets, reviews on trustpilot, etc. Nothing can be done, they continually close my tickets without resolving the problem. The worst part is that they continually ask me to repeat what is wrong. I am French, since 10/20/2023, it is impossible for me to exchange, withdraw, convert my €5000, no matter how.
