“Called ERG after my boiler stopped working, a guy called Gary came out same day, he was very informative and thorough. He needed to source a part but returned the following day to fit this. Communication was great throughout and everyone we dealt with was a great help”

“I never leave reviews but I just had to this time. Technician returned my calls within hours of leaving a message.he removed a ground yellow jacket nest. He called 30 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way. Technician and I are now best friends. So far a perfect experience. I expect I won’t be disappointed as I am going with their top of the line yearly service plan. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.”
