“Had a bedbug issue in a room at our B&B the pest controller came to do a treatment and we have had no signs of them since. They sent over all the instructions for what to do before the guy came and he gave us even more advice when he was there as well, really helpful and informative!”

“I called this company because I had water pouring from my ceiling through a light fitting. The arrived within the two hours. The 'plumber' who came was pleasant but said he needed to take down my ceiling to fix the problem. He was in the house less than 15 minutes. £150 charged! He said he'd cone back the next day. He didn't. Several calls later, erg had no idea what was happening. My leak is now fixed. A local, qualified plumber sorted it. Erg's assessment was wrong! They were going to take down my ceiling. Do not use this company. They won't sort your problem, just charge you for coming to look! I'll be in touch with trading standards!”

“My boiler froze in the bad weather.. we had no heating or hot water I have 6children and they were out to me asap! The work was professional and the gentleman attending was very polite.. I understood everything.. highly reccomend this company 😊”
