Posted on several Social Media sites about my experience, I'd ask for some small refund but I know it would be futile. Should of known better than to of used you. Gosh, your feedback is dreadfull. Never again!!

You can only treat people this dreadful way for so long before you get what you deserve. You Clutch of Cowboys. How could you treat my 95 year old mother who is very frail this way ie charging exorbitant fees way above your quoted fee. Facebook, Twitter etc here I come.
