“I contacted ERG thinking that it was a local business, in hindsight I think that in future I would prefer to go to a more local firm. However the 2 engineers were excellent and were able to sort out the problem.”

“The job was performed swiftly, indicating a decent response time, and the plumber was courteous and explained everything.However, the price is high. I had no idea this wasn't a local plumbing service because it was called Shrewsbury Plumbers, and I had no idea there was an intermediary.”

“I'm an emergency call out same day electrian.....my question is why do most customers think that every job should take 10 minutes and is easy ...if if that easy why don't you do it yourself or in fact how did you do it wrong in the first place ....same day service will and always has been expensive....You can always wait for your local tradesman ...to get there in a few weeks”

“When my electricity went off I contacted ERG to supply me with a local contractor - cost £125 plus VAT. The contractor visited and found the fault within 10 minutes. I signed off that he had been less than 1 hour. Today I find that ERG have taken £300 from my account and are "looking into it". If I do not get a refund the press and my solicitor will be involved. What a shameful company !!!!!”
