“I really like the products, but I wasn't completely happy with the service. I ordered the package at the end of November to the Czech Republic, expecting it to arrive in up to 7 days (as it was stated on the website). After paying, I got an e-mail stating they had about 7 day delay on the expedition. When they finally sent it a week later and I got an e-mail with the tracking number, which, as I found out later, doesn't work for international packages. When I contacted the customer support, I was told the delivery time to Czechi is 8–15 days, which is really different from 7 (maybe the person answering didn't know Czechia is in EU...).
I understand it was before Christmas, when the amount of orders might be higher, but the information should be stated on the website. Since I was in real time pressure to get the package in time before not being able to pick it up for 9 months, this was unnecessarily stressful and I would appreciate to know about the delay and no possibility to track before.
In the end I'm happy I order the underwear, since it's really comfy and fits perfect. I would recommend to have a good amount of time before you order. :)”
