I thought this course was very good.. covered everything from the previous courses I’ve taken in the past at much more reasonable cost... 90 mins at home was very convenient as well... this is where I’ll be getting my certificate from now on...thank you very much.

I would of giving it 5 stars but the downloadable card looks to fake when I show it to customers all I get is scepticism that it real and not something that I made up myself. Other than the course was great.

Hello Louis, Thank you very much for your feedback! The physical wallet cards have a custom design and a format which has been created by our company and I will attach a sample of the design to this reply, but unfortunately, the digital one, in order for it to be saved as PDF, uses the templates available in the Adobe gallery. We are, in fact, working on having our own templates imported there so within the next couple of weeks, we are hoping to have this issue addressed and you can then redownload a copy of your certificate which uses our own branding and template.

The course was full of information and cover all areas of forklift operation

as someone who's run a forklift for many years without a ticket, I finally decided to take some official training. I couldn't help but shake my head at show silly this course was. It had almost zero helpful information on how to run a machine. It seemed to be mostly about theoretical safety, safety, safety issues, and no practical tips on how to run a machine with any skill and competence. Gloves, safety glasses, hardhats and steel toed boots, safety checks and stuff will do NOTHING to avoid accidents compared to understanding how to actually operate a machine skillfully.

Hello Steve, Our company provides safety training courses, not operator training so it makes sense that the course content is developed with regards to the hazards specific to operating a forklift. On top of that, we also offer operator evaluation checklists for the workplace-specific practical as well as pre-operation inspection templates. You probably missed that part. With that being said, our product page explains what the course is about and on top of that you've even addressed this question to our support centre so you knew what our company does and does not do even prior to making the purchase, yet you chose to do it anyway so we would appreciate it if you clarify your review because otherwise, there is no other option but to moderate it from our reviews page as it is not a reflection of our services (since you are judging our services on something that our company does not offer for sale).

Overall the course was good, very informative and a good pace. The only thing I did not like about the defensive driving course is it was not gender neutral, it specifically used “he”, “him” and “his” when referring to specific things. For example, when discussing a mechanic going over a vehicle it said “he could provide...” instead of saying they or them.

The course was easy to understand and displayed in a good format. The website was very well laid out and efficient at understanding how to proceed through the courses and acquire certificates. However, in Module 4, on the 'Other Means of Identification' slide, the audio for points 2 and 3 have the ml unit description reversed.
