“Not the course i needed my company doesnt approve it i want my money back”

Hello Jason, Under the OHS Act, the employer is responsible for selecting the appropriate training level and paying for that safety training course. Therefore, we would not be in this situation had the employer's duties been performed. If you made a mistake when purchasing a program, the first rational step would be to contact the support team and discuss your situation because you would've discovered that we are real human beings working in this company. We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, and we can refund your transaction. Leaving a 1-star review because you made a mistake and the employer is not performing their duties under the law is not a good way to solve such a situation unless the intent was to leave a negative review in the first place.

“Start the training with a clear drawing of all the parts and items names related to scaffolding. Then do the training. That way people with no experience will know what you're talking about.”
