Hello Danilo, We absolutely agree with your feedback and we are working on bringing our own design template so we don't have to rely on the default Adobe templates that do not offer a lot of room for customization. This is an issue that will be addressed within the next couple of weeks so feel free to go back into your account, after that period of time, to redownload a copy of your certificate. Meanwhile, if you wish to opt for the plastic wallet card, on that card, which we send out in physical format, there is a place for a signature panel and the trainer signature.

Hello, All our courses come with a printable certificate. It is not mandatory to purchase a plastic wallet card because you can make your own, from the PDF file.

“I thought during and after completion of training it was educational and extremely important information... as I’m moving forward in the flooring industry... using sealers and clear-coats for parquet... hardwood flooring refinishing... and now knowing WHMIS allows me to be mindful and aware of posing dangers... in the work place and beyond... thanks again...
