I found it went pretty smoothly, I’ve done these courses in the past and found yours was straight forward and right to the point with great information throughout the courses. I had to talk to support about my company name, hoping that’s all good to go after I talked to someone about changing it to Drake Ltd.

I chose this course because they claimed it was “fun”, “interactive”, “easy to remember the information” etc. And that it only takes 2 hours. I did not find this to be true. I tried to go quickly and it still took 3 hours. The information was incredibly dry, read by a robotic voice, and was not fun or interactive at all. I know TDG is usually dry, but don’t make false claims if you can’t deliver! Just be honest: it’s boring, but you need it for your job so just suffer through... it was cheap, that’s a plus!

Fair point, Ben. TDG covers a lot of rules and regulations so very few people can describe it as "fun" but on the "interactive" part, all of our courses are interactive. This is the definition of interactive: allowing a two-way flow of information between a computer and a computer-user; responding to a user’s input. As far as the course length goes, the average duration it takes our customers to complete a TDG course is 3h. You might have probably looked at some other courses that take less time to complete but the TDG course is advertised as 3h duration. Anyway, it is not our intention for you to have a bad experience using our services. Please reach us using our contact form so we can either offer you a free wallet card which will at least save you some time in making your own, or a refund on your payment.

The course was good and very informative. I did find one of the questions confusing though. The word "weird" in the training module verses the word "wired" on the test.

Thank you very much for the feedback! We are, in fact, in the process of reviewing all 1300 questions in our system and hopefully, once we update everything, our customers will have a better experience with us.

I’ve been using a chain saw for awhile now and it was nice to lean some things that I did know about. Specifically on the understanding of kickbacks, pull forces and push forces.
