I think the fire certification had an expiry date of 1971? And the title of the certificate was not in it so I had to go into each certificate of my staff and edit. It would also be nice if the certificate to print printed out the same size as a business card. I had to do resizing to be able print them to have them fit in wallets. That wastes a lot of time needing to do this for each staff. The email for the account is MY email, as such I was not able to use my email to take any courses so I had to use another one. That was a bit of a issue. Also most certificates were only valid for 1 year? Most/many usually have a 3 year expiry so yes your price is good but not if we need to do it every year. Yes we do our own internal reviews yearly but a certificate that is taken, tested, paid for and issued should be valid for 3 years. This was our first time using your service and at this point I am unsure if we will continue. But I'm not opposed to continue to explore your options. For enrollment it would be good if we just imputed a staff list ONCE, not for each certificate they need. Then we just use tick boxes to enroll specific staff in specific courses. It would be good if we had an employer profile and when students completed a course, the name of the employer automatically populated on the individual certificate. I had to go in and PDF edit every certificate. But the actual course was decent, covered the basics. There were some Ontario references (we are in Alberta)....Not sure which one...so need to make sure the course is correct for the Province of the student. On the whole there is a lot of room for improvement in your service but it is good you seek feedback. Have a great day.

Hello Laura, Thank you very much for the feedback! We are aware of the 1971 on the Fire Extinguisher expiration date. This seems to be a cookies problem and can be easily fixed by logging out of the account and going back in. We are going to address this issue very shortly, with our platform's next update. Unfortunately, all the other aspects you mentioned are issues related to knowing how to use the system. We do have videos, gifs and text instructions and even an FAQ section in the user panel. At any point, if you followed these instructions or even called us for that matter, we would have assisted you in the process. You can invite an individual into multiple courses without the need for a new account with each course. You can print the wallet cards in the proper size. You don't need to invite yourself, as an employer, using a different email; you can simply press Start Course next to the course name. With that being said, we always listen to our customer's feedback so we truly appreciate it even if it has a negative view of our services because it gives us room to improve what we offer and we will try to communicate this "How_To" a lot better in our next version of the platform.

First I must say your staff is amazing! They made it easy to book, inquire about other training and have great personalities. Why would anyone go anywhere else.

The course itself was very informative but the online audio sounds very garbled ( in the end I had to mute it and simple read the subtitles).

I found a few spelling mistakes on the different modules and one time the voice over person read it in a different order than what was written. I did the course online so none of the other questions matter. Otherwise I feel like the course was easy to understand and follow. Great job!!

Hello Nicolas, Do you happen to remember in which module the voice-over was reading another slide so we can check and fix the issue?

Hello Terry, Thank you very much for your feedback! Please note that the transition time between slides should be almost instant. There are just a small number of processes that happen in the background and if you faced such as problem there are only 2 possible explanations: 1. Our server did not work properly - which can't be the case because it did load all sequences without drops in connection. 2. You have a device issue: either an older device or an infected device (spyware, malware etc.) which is heavily affecting your internet connection. With that being said, you should probably have the device checked out

My assessment is premised on the nature of the courses: short, convenient, "must know's" taking priority, and compatibility with occupational health and safety legislation. I took the idea as seeking to know the basics well, "me" being someone with limited knowledge of the subjects. In these respects I was not disappointed and much appreciate the orientation and the basic information provided. Once I was finished each course, I had a pretty good idea of where to start a search for relevant references, particularly occupational health and safety legislation. I therefore feel I received very good value for my time, effort and money. Robert D. Bradford

Everything was smooth and clear to understand. Both in the training material and the process to get there. The thing I was very pleased to see was that the training mentioned how long each module would last.

Quick and pretty cheap content Hopefully clients accept for Prejob requirements. I am a fusion tech so I cut plastic pipe HDPE with chainsaw. Always horizontal . More dense than wood so it’s way harder on saw. Stretches chain fast, dulls faster, u need a big saw 60cc for big thick pipe. Always pinching hazards. I’ve worked at this trade for 11yrs and never had ticket. My bosses are glad it was only 60$ course.
