“Short, concise course covering the basics of the subject. However..... 1. The computerised voice does not promote alertness & concentration, and 2. There are quite a few spelling mistakes in the text. For instance, the word "poses" is spelt "posses" and the computerised voice pronounces it as such.”

“Very short as it took me less than 30 minutes to complete both sections and not particularly about conflict management. I could have gotten the same information free and am disappointed to have paid a fee for this course. I really thought it would be in-depth.”
