“customer service was fantastic one of our outfits was delivered without the hat (sadistic scarecrow) and we was going to an event the next day they had it delivered by 8am the next morning so we had a complete outfit for the event. I couldn’t rate them enough and everyone at the Halloween event came up to us to say how good the costume was thank you!”

“Parcel arrived on time but price for Saturday delivery was extortionate-£10!!!Costume was really good but the size was tiny.Ordered women's 8-10thinking I would take it in for my slim 11 year old but as it happened it wouldn't even zip up a quarter of the way.Will be sending it back.”

“Ordered my costume Saturday 26.10 and paid for next day delivery to get it in time for my party on the 30th of Oct. Order confirmation said the package should arrive on tuesday 29th, but it didn’t. Called them Wednesday morning to ask what has happened and if they could help. Still on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone after 4 HOURS!! Never using them again.”

“Product looks great but the mask is huge, a number of people have tried it on and its massive on everyone, supposed to be a standard fit and so far fits no one. Im 6ft 1" and 14st so not exactly a small bloke.”

“Item arrived late, even though I paid for 48hr delivery. White wings arrived with a brown stain, did not have time to return and wait for another before halloween. Not impressed.”
