“We ordered 4 items; they all came on time and 2 of them were fine, but one (for our 4 year old) came with a damaged mask - the plastic was broken and the strap wouldn’t tie up at the back. I managed to glue the strap onto another part of the mask so it was serviceable, but very disappointing, so close to Halloween. The other item came with a broken hat, fortunately we can manage without it.”

“The shorts were a very poor fit, one leg was shorter than the other and the sequins have fallen off every where, so I will be unable to wear them again!! The top was much bigger than the size stated. The only plus side was the wig was very good value for money. Other than that I would not recommend purchasing from here.”

“Wouldn’t use them again unfortunately. Ordered our outfits. When they arrived we had missing things from the costume.i rang the number and the lady wasn’t very helpful at all. So I messaged via Facebook and the lady couldn’t be more helpful and very quick at responding. When received the parcel unfortunately we still had things missing.”

“The delivery arrived a bit earlier which was a plus however the Mia Wallace Pulp fiction wig is too thick and is rather a Cleopatra one. I let it hang for a week, still too thick. :(”

“The costume I ordered came. Poorly advertised as "wig and glasses" but when came the packaging said "contains 1 wig". No glasses were included. Ended up buying the glasses separately, as ordered with fast delivery in time for a party.”

“i got a size small and it’s quite big however i usually wear a size 8-10. the socks are very long and don’t stay up. the colour is a bright yellow and doesn’t look like the picture”

“Wouldn't use them again, missing items in order, phoned the campden shop, they gave incorrect information about customer care opening times. Complete shambles. When customer care contacted items were agreed to be sent but all out of stock, cheaper items had to be settled for as needed the products.”

“The material was nice enough but the shape was all wrong the top half had no way of staying up it shows in the picture that it rests on the shoulders but there wasn’t any elastic to keep it up”

“I ordered vampie batwings and bat wings headband.The order arrived promptly but the headband was not in the package.The collar on the batwings was so small I was unable to fasten around my neck.I returned the item but i was told ihad to send it recorded delivery which cost £4.I am unlikely to order anything again.”

“Wanted it for a party but when I opened it up the glue had come off on to the inside of the mask and stuck it to the gloves and the top looks very cheap if I’m honest”
