“Goods arrived on time as promised and postage costs. But 1 item (plastic microphone)was damaged due to flimsy packaging. I didn’t bother to send back because I needed it for the costume and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning.”

“Order two outfits with Next Day Delivery, they have not arrived. I have tried to contact your customer service team on the number to discuss this but I've now been on hold for over 3 hours!!! Disgusting, do not waste your money with this company.”
