“Goods arrived on time as promised and postage costs. But 1 item (plastic microphone)was damaged due to flimsy packaging. I didn’t bother to send back because I needed it for the costume and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning.”

“Order two outfits with Next Day Delivery, they have not arrived. I have tried to contact your customer service team on the number to discuss this but I've now been on hold for over 3 hours!!! Disgusting, do not waste your money with this company.”

“I ordered the Mr Bone Jangles costume, a skull mask and skeleton gloves which arrived as planned. The costume was great except it was awkward to go to the loo with and had to ‘modify’ the all in one skeleton body suit. The gloves really smelt strongly of glue and as soon as I put them on and bent my fingers the stuck on plastic skeleton bones started in sticking from the glove. I remedied this by using some flexible super glue. The costume went down great and I won the best costume at my local. I would Highly recommend this costume and Escapade.”
