“It delivers what it promises. The shakes are pretty filling and worked very well for me. I have those instead of skipping lunch and they fill me up. Taste is pretty good, but the texture gets old quickly. I found that leaving it to sit for 2-3 minutes after shaking makes it better. If you can get proper healthy lunch definitely do that instead, but this is the second best option. :)”

“Genial, yo lo soy inspector y tengo largos viajes en carretera y avión. Esperfecto para esto, ya que en un viaje largo no provoca sueño y puede llevarse por el control de aeropuerto sin problema. En la oficina siempre tengo un bote para cuando me pilla el toro.”
