“I order a food processor, paying thru paypal in 4 pmts, money has been withdrawn from my account and they telling me I never made a payment, when I have and order confirmation email. SCAM!!!!!!!!!”

“We ordered a glass goblet for our liquidiser and arrived broken. We contacted them on a Sunday evening and they actually replied on the Sunday evening! They sent us a new one quickly and always kept us informed. I cannot recommend highly enough based on their superb customer service. We will definitely be using again.”

“Ordered an item for a bread maker, thought the price was good, arrived within the predicted timescale. Unfortunately had to return the item, not eSpares fault, good communication with me about the progress. Again within the time-frame full refund as made. Good service and communications.”

“My order for a cooker part was met with a delivery of an empty packet. However, the matter was corrected fast with the item arriving in less than 24 hours (on Christmas Eve). Competitive pricing and excellent customer service.”

“Absolutely first class service. I ordered the wrong part which I returned to eSpares and refunded immediately. The correct part was then ordered which arrived way ahead of schedule and is now fitted and works just as it should. The oven door with glass was very well packaged and the correspondence I received throughout was professional and in a timely manner. Very hard to find this level of service these days and during the Covid 19 lockdown. Credit where it’s due, well done eSpares, fantastic service, thank you.”

“The service and communication from eSpares is outstanding. We ordered a part that was out of stock at the manufacturer. We were advised of this and offered a refund. We decided to wait for the part but after 6 weeks our plans changed and so we asked for a refund to PayPal which was immediate. Highly recommended.”

“After two other companies had delivered a part that either didn’t fit properly or only worked 50% of the time I found eSpares. Firstly the help o received was first class and the part was delivered within 48 hours and fits perfectly and works 100% of the time. They know their stuff at eSpares which is fantastic when you're upset and panicking. They put me at ease selected the part and before I knew it I was up and running like normal again. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new item but thanks to eSpares £20 and JOB DONE. Thanks eSpares”
