“I had been waiting maybe two months for a item that cost under 10 pounds but it was worth the wait and fortunately eSpares was empathetic, patient and reassuring enough to reassure me there item was out of stock but would be sent as soon as it was available to send. I didn’t get any compensation, but it’s COVID season and these things I guess are understandable. However I’m grateful I got it ... and it works! It was an AV cable for my Samsung s1065 ... oldschool”

I had tried various sites to find the product i needed, all of which proved difficult to follow and were not clear about the product I needed. eSpares came up with what I wanted without any problems, and even arrived next day with a little free gift. First class service - I am delighted.”

“Have used eSpares for many years and have always found them a great company. Recently ordered a water bottle for my Samsung Fridge and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. The guys at eSpares quickly assessed and sorted the issue, sending a replacement in double quick time. Would definitely continue to recommend them for any fix it yourselfers out there!”
