Have used eSpares before and again just recently and will use them in the future when reqd. Excellent website offering wide selection of spares etc at competitive prices. I have always had prompt delivery from this firm and have recommended them to my friends. Noel Guinane.

I ordered a thermostat for a Neff fridge freezer but by the time it arrived, I realised that I had incorrectly set the temperature control and therefore did not require the spare part. The returns procedure was straightforward and I received confirmation of receipt by e Spares. The refund arrived promptly and Customer Service throughout was excellent.

I was surprised and delighted to find that the Russell Hobbs toaster I wanted was listed on eSpares at a substantially lower price,even including postage, than any other suppliers I had found. I had never heard of them before and would not have jnown they sold some new items as well as spares. Their delivery was superfast, arriving the next day and their service ended with a nice little touch: 2 pencils with erasers in a smart looking black pack enclosed at the bottom of the box! Made my day! I would definitely use them again. I recommended them to my DIY brother-in-law but he was ahead of me and had already used them for spares! Gloria

I found this fabulous company by accident and how fortunate am i, I stupidly ordered the incorrect fridge shelf which I easily returned at no charge. I then did what I should have done in the first place, I measured the gap and ordered the correct seal. Once I recieved It promptly I fitted it and yes it fits! So thank you so much sPares You are a wonderful company which is increasingly rare today.

Just received my replacement DVD remote... absolutely made up with it.... just put the batteries in and it worked straight away....no setup needed.. brilliant... Thankyou eSpares excellent product

I ordered the wrong part, after consulting E Spares they sent me the correct one, I had no trouble at all in sending the wrong part back to them it was so easy to do, the service was second to none thank you to the E Spares team.

I ordered a remote control on 23/10/21 which had been lost for 2 weeks. With 2 hours of placing my order the original one was found by accident. So I tried to cancel it straight away because the dispatch date from ESpares was not until 30/10/21. I was informed that this was not possible. It would be sent regardless and I would have to return it once it arrived. I would still be charged the dispatch cost which I would lose and it is going to cost me again to return it. ESpares are definitely not a Customer friendly company.

Excellent service I ordered the heater for my tumble drier on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday morning earlier than I expected. The part fitted perfectly and the drier is back to working. Good quality part at a very good price.

My vacuum was becoming difficult. The hose kept coming adrift. In desperation I searched, found eSpares, located & ordered new hose. Paid for it and it came next day. Great! To-day, after using, I realise that the appliance had not been working efficiently. Many thanks! Many thanks!

I recently used e-spares and due to various reasons had to return the item I had bought My contact in customer services was extremely helpful and replied to my e-mails promptly, he was very efficient and the process was 'painless'. I would certainly use e-spares again, they operate a very efficient service.

I've been using e-spares for some years now. Always very competitive on price and speed of delivery. For the first time ever, my recent order had a problem, in that royal mail delivered it to either a neighbour or, a "safe place". Unfortunately, they didn't leave a card to let me know where it was. I got in touch with e-spares, and they sorted out a replacement speedily and sent it via DPD. Overall. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The espares website is easy to use and make orders. However once payment has been made, the customer service is non existent. Against our better judgement (of not using a local spares shop) and for ease we ordered a tumble dryer belt that was urgently required. The postage options are poor with no next day delivery however we assumed with a postage charge the items would be delivered promptly - a la amazon! Received an email confirming despatch, however espares use Royal Mail, possibly the worst delivery service available. The item never arrived. We contacted customer services and had contact with Safiyyyaahh. Despite the item being well overdue already, and they couldn't locate where the item was - ie tracking, she still said we'd have to wait 10 WORKING days to be able to file a claim against Royal Mail and only then would they send another item out. For an £8 item I expected a much better service and more proactivity to sort the issue out. Do not use Espares unless are certain the item will arrive or it is not urgent as they will not care once you have made payment.

I purchased an item on their website which took payment from my bank card to be told the next day via email that the item was out of stock. I asked when it would be back as i may have waited but they did not know so i asked for a refund. 3 weeks later still waiting on my refund after numerous email only been told by the worst customer service they have - please wait 5-7 days then the next email says please wait 7-10 days. I do not see how it should take that long to refund for an item that they didn't have in stock in the first place. I also got a letter from An Post requested customs payment which i have done and again for this Espares that had no intention of sending the items as they didn't have them. Do yourself a favour read the reviews on this company and DO NOT buy anything from them. SAVE yourself the hassle. If i could give them 0 stars i would have.

I have never had to return anything, i am pleased with the parts E-spares have always sent me. Delivery has never been a problem so far they have always had the spares i wanted keep it up all the best chris adams
