My oven element had blown and I ordered the part from e-spares that evening, received the part the following morning and followed their online instructions which were spot on. Would not hesitate to recommend them Great service !

They quickly identified the part I needed for my old fridge freezer (which I thought would be obsolete!) and delivered it within a couple of days. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately my order was “lost in despatch”, however Espares quickly sorted the matter. The communications with this company superb! Will certainly consider using them again in the future.

Great customer service after Royal Mail failed to deliver a replacement part for a food processor: eSpares replaced the lost part, with apologies, sending via DPD so I am very grateful and a happy customer.

I bought a Russell Hobbs 4 Slice Toaster from eSpares and it turned out to have a manufacturing fault. I contacted eSpares and was instructed to return it for a replacement, the replacement arrived before I had sent the faulty one back. Unfortunately the replacement developed the same fault and this time I asked for a refund. Again eSpares told me to return the toaster to them for examination using their pre paid postage label, which I did. The refund was in my bank 7 days later. WELL DONE eSpares.

I knew what I wanted, but my cooker model number did not match up with those given. Espares persisted for me and eventually sent me an email telling me what I should order. With standard delivery, the spares arrived in two days. My glass lid was, once again, working. As an eighty year older person, I was delighted to be able to fix this myself! That you Espares for your first class service.

Found my parts and ordered them they arrive one correct one wrong. So like other customers say, I called up and gave them my oven details they apologised for the error and said they would send out correct part for free. So we thought great. We get the same part again wrong. End result they only sell some parts and get things wrong. Now got to send them back. Lets not forget the 7p per minute to call and being on hold for 22 minutes. Just can't recommend, just to many mistakes.

If you can find the part yourself on their website then they are a good company to go to. If you have to use their customer services it’s painful. The advisors ask you a question, then when you respond they ignore you. You can’t send attachments with photos of what you’re after either, which isn’t helpful. An altogether unrewarding experience.

Ordered a kettle filter just before Christmas which they despatched immediately but failed to arrive due to Post Office pre season backlog. They replied very quickly and friendly to my email and their prediction of when the parcel would arrive was spot on. A very good, friendly and quick service.

Had to wait a while for my cooker seal due to it having to be ordered before Xmas. When it arrived it looked too small against the original I had a live chat and was told to soak and stretch the seal. My husband did this and it fitted, much to my suprise. Very helpful Company would recommend.

Excellent service. Easy website to find spare, excellent communication regards dispatch of product and arrival time; arrival time narrowed to a one hour slot. I wish all companies were like espares - reliable, responsive, accurate: customer focussed. Brilliant.
