“I required a specific RCB of a non-common design for my cooker hood, after trying several companies and trying to be fobbed off with alternatives as told original obsolete. I then went on eSpares web site & found it very easy to use, with excellent diagrams of the spares in their stock and found what I wanted within minutes. This was ordered, and dispatched very quickly. A first class company”

“Ordered grill elements for Rangemaster cooker Sunday , the items arrived the following Saturday morning, watched the instruction video on the e-spares site, and fitted the parts to the cooker, great service and can recommend them, and will be using them again if required.”

“I had to contact espares after I ordered a bread pan from them which did not fit my machine. They were quick to respond to my queries and I was able to return it with postage paid. I was then quickly refunded with the total purchase price and postage. Excellent customer service.”

“Ordered a Siemens fridge seal on Tuesday, it arrived on Thursday, even in these difficult times, my fridge is 15 years old and received a genuine part, fitted perfectly in a few minutes, great price too, would definitely recommend e.spares. .😆”

“Very prompt service. I was able to purchase the required parts for my 26 year old Tricity Bendix CH550B cooker hood. One part proved very difficult for me to change, so conceded defeat and returned it to eSpares. Great customer service as they contacted me offering to help me choose the correct part. It was the correct part, but this 70+ year old, not too good at DIY, had problems in trying to change over the part. Excellent customer service, good prices, and I will definitely use eSpares again in the future.”

“I ordered a freezer drawer in December. They told me after I ordered that this was a "special order item" and I had to wait 28 days. In Jan, I asked for an update and they told me they still hadn't received it and would dispatch to me once they had it but couldn't give a date. I asked again in Feb but received the same response. I asked again in March and they then told me it would arrive by 31/03. In April, I still didn't have it and asked again for an update. They told me it would arrive by 19/05. 19/05 came along and I still didn't have the drawer. I asked for a refund and they cancelled my order 27/05. I was told my refund would take five working days by cheque (I paid via PayPal so they're forcing me to accept a refund method via different means then how I paid). 20/06 I still have no drawer and no refund! I asked and they've told me the cheque was issued 11/06 (two weeks after my cancellation) to wait another week. So to summarise, they've taken seven months to not deliever the item I ordered, then tried refunding me via different means then how I paid and haven't processed the refund in an acceptable timeframe. They advertised a product they couldn't source and lied about its availability repeatedly. AVOID USING THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
