“Our Neff double oven stopped working. It looked like the oven element but I was worried the part might be obsolete for a 15 year old unit. Espares not only had the part but a brilliant video tutorial that perfectly guided me through replacing it. I ordered the part on the Friday, it was here on the Monday and it’s now fixed. I’ve spent barely £40 rather than £800 for a new oven. A brilliant, efficient, value for money service. Thank you.”

“Very easy to find the replacement item on the espares website using the model/serial number from the appliance. Good value and sent to my house quickly. Perfect way of replacing parts rather than having to buy a whole new appliance. Very impressed with espares.”

“I ordered two parts that I had thought I would never be able to get hold of, one was an hob injection button and the other was a door seal for my elderly dishwasher which we bought secondhand and was a make I’ve never heard of elsewhere. The button arrived promptly but there was a problem getting hold of the door seal which I had anticipated to be fair. I did however receive lots of emails from eSpares letting me know what was happening. I have now decided to get a new dishwasher so I informed eSpares and they promptly refunded the money into my PayPal account. I certainly know where to go for spare parts now. Well done eSpares and thanks for all your efforts! Sally”

“I ordered a replacement jug for my Kenwood liquidiser, and the item was out of stock for quite a few weeks. However, I received regular updates and apologies from the eSpares team, until it came back into stock, when it was immediately dispatched I have purchased items previously, for other appliances, such as replacement filters for my vacuum cleaner. Their prices are very competitive and the service offered is always first class. ESpares are my first port of call for all my, needs, whatever the appliance, and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend this company!”

“Did a Google search for best price and eSpares came up first! Ordered item, received email receipt but the delivery date shown was whilst we were on holiday! So I decided to cancel as it stated that it could take 48hours to reply and it was a weekend. Every time I emailed my reply which was to the person who sent me the email I received a reply back from someone else!!! I felt that this was really annoying as there was an Enquiry Ticket No on every different email which I quoted and was hoping previous emails could be tracked? The item did actually arrive before we went on holiday which I was grateful for and I was kept uptodate with the tracking information as well. So, apart from the confusing communication side I would definitely recommend for price and delivery.”

“My fridge door handle broke and was about to buy new fridge when espares was mentioned to me. on contacting them they were able to source a replacement door which cost a lot less than a new fridge. It was easy to do only two screws and all is well, I shall certainly remember espares in the future if needed. first class! THANKS.”

“When the internal glass on my oven door shattered I tried to find a replacement but without the make or model number of my electric oven I was unable to find one. Eventually, I contacted eSpares with the measurements and they were able to suggest an alternative. I ordered it and it arrived quickly and well packaged. It fitted perfectly and saved me having to invest in a new oven.”

“Brilliant service - beyond excellent. Our Bosch oven glass shattered Bank Holiday Monday evening, I was able to find what I wanted very easily on the website just by using the Bosch model number. Not only did they have it in stock and competitively priced but they despatched it immediately and it arrived before lunch time the very next day despite me opting for standard delivery.”

“Just had a great experience having a part replaced, it all took less than 4days from initial e-mail Sunday 30/05/21 to Wednesday 2/06/21 new part arrived and throw in a bank holiday as well, first class customer service will definitely be using again and will recommend to all my friends, thankyou all at espares for making the experience painless.
