“An excellent company to deal with. They're customer service is absolutely outstanding and efficient. I ordered my items but didn't receive them due to a courier error. I contacted eSpares and reordered the same parts on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday. The customer care team are the best I have ever dealt with.”

“Unfortunately the part supplied packed up, minutes after installation. I liaised with espares and I was told to send it back, whereby they could ascertain the fault. It could no have been with them for more than a few hours, but I had an email confirming that a refund would be paid in full. First class service and will be shopping again. Thanks to all concerned.”

“My fast freezer food flap was ordered on Friday evening and due to be delivered the following Monday - it arrived at 9.30am the next morning (Saturday) - so impressed with the service. Bonus was I managed to fit it without snapping it which was my main concern!! Will definitely intact eSpares again if I need anything else.”

“Hi, Just to say a very big thank you for your help with my recent order 10418324. I first contacted you to tell you that there was no label on my fridge freezer- I had looked everywhere. You patiently explained to me where to find it. I then ordered a new seal for the freezer door which arrived earlier than anticipated, carefully packaged and I found the job of fitting it to be just as easy as you said. My freezer is now working as good as new. Thank you very much. Clare Marsh G466DQ”

“I recently ordered a replacement fascia panel for my cooker, I hadn’t even realised I could get a replacement until a friend mentioned eSpares. Their website is very easy to navigate, I ordered my part on the Sunday and received the part within a few days, very well packaged and I’m delighted with the transformation! Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.”
