I ordered a lint filter during the Xmas hols , was worried what the delivery time frame would be , no problem at all , was delivered within 2 days , i was kept up to date all the time , it was easy to order, I will certainly use again and recommend

Absolutely brilliant experience. This is a company that is run by people who know what it’s like to be customers. The website is dead easy to navigate. The “how to do it” videos are honest and really useful. The parts are top quality originals, with alternatives if the manufacturer stopped supporting older models. Prices? Keen. Service? Fast. I’m just a DIY fixer, no link with eSpares, but they’re bookmarked now.

I have to write to thank you and your colleagues for your very professional service. I contacted you on Christmas Eve not expecting a response until after the new year possibly and her I am 5 days later with my replacement part working perfectly. Cooker element went Christmas Day ordered new one 27th Dec received part on 29th Dec all fitted up and running in 15 minutes very good service

element to cooker failed on th 23rd december, of course all my fault, ordered part 7 in the evening and delivered by mid day christmas eve, thanks so much e spares for a fantastic prompt service and saving our xmas ( or should I say my xmas) Regards, Stuart, out of dog house

Beko washing machine inlet valve failed on the 23rd December, ordered from eSpares on the 22nd December, had to pay for next day delivery which wasn't an issue and true to their word part was on my doorstep half past seven this morning by DPD. All fitted and washing machine back in service in time for Xmas 👍🎅

Thank you very much for brilliant service - the part was delivered bang on time and we were able to install without too much hassle. Means we now have a serviceable oven in time for Xmas! Just wish these elements would last longer!

I am happy to say what happened to me - driver door broke Sat lunch time. Looked in town for new drier but it fits in a cupboard and not easy to replace. Daughter told me about ESpares and I ordered a new door 10pm Sat. quite easily - got an email saying would be here Monday but could be delay because of Xmas. Get in touch if did not come in five days. Monday am text 7am to say coming about 12 noon - it did. I got my local DIY lady to put it on and by 1pm lunchtime on Monday I was back with a working drier - beat that. Thank you. I am chuffed - Happy Christmas.

So our oven refused to work 2 days before Christmas. We needed to replace the heating element. We ordered the part from espares at 21.45 on 23 December and it arrived at 8.40am on 24 December, Christmas Eve! Thank you for such efficient service and saving our Christmas dinner!

I placed an order online and made a mistake in the delivery timeframe. Hamza on their social media channel was amazingly helpful, very calm, and pointed me in the right direction. The really superb piece of customer service, is when I got a message back from him ( on his own initiative ) telling me the order was now correct. Today - 24 hours later and on Christmas Eve - I receive a new inner glass for my oven door which was broken yesterday. The website is so easy to use, the product list is superb and eSpares did what the manufacturer couldn’t - deliver overnight. Totally bowled over. Thank you.

After our oven broke at 6pm on 23rd of december we thought our Christmas was ruined. I ordered a nee element from espares with next day delivery that night and to my amazement it arrived at 9am on Christmas eve. Brilliant speedy service and finding the part i needed was very easy. Espares saved the day for us.

Brilliant service, even at Christmas time order dealt with very quickly.I had ordered the wrong part so had to return the part which was smooth and simple. They helped me find the right part and it was sent out in a flash .All emails were answered promptly and this is the most helpful and by far the best service I have had from any company. I would recommend this company very highly they are a pleasure to deal with

I have been using e spares for years They always seem to have all the odd bits and pieces I require. Excellent service. Really helpful. Prompt postage once item located. Needed a hinge for a very old cooker the other day. Arrived today, fitted it ( even though I am an older lady) dinner roasting as we speak. Well done e spares !!

Saved us a lot of grief with next day delivery .Part ordered and arrived next day by DPD .Price Fair for OEM item .Delivery £2.00 dearer than standard so no brainer. Highly recommend this company ,never let us down and never had to use the returns and refunds so cannot comment . The DIY videos are a God send if your hesitant and I have always found them inspirational.

Item took 15 days to come , ordered from amazon after 10 days and got delivery within 2 days . Told espares I no longer required product and would return and they want me to pay £2.99 to return an item that took 15 days to arrive . Poor from start to finish .

Great service and no quibble on returning parts if needed. You should have no concerns in using espares , fully recommend them having been using them for 10 years or so
