Very quick delivery (even quicker than advertised). My parents were planning to replace their AEG washing machine after it gave them an error message. I ordered a compatible washing machine door interlock from eSpares. After following the instructional video, I was available to get it up and running with minimum cost and hassle.

I ordered a part that didn't work on my Kenwood and when I contacted them online they were very helpful. I sent the part back and was refunded the money within 5 working days as stated on their website. This is an excellent online shop and I am more than happy to use them in the future. This is how all online stores should work!

I recently ordered a replacement part for my Dyson Vacuum cleaner. Shortly after making the order I received an e-mail informing me the item was out of stock and would not be available for several weeks. I decided to cancel the order and was very impressed with the way the cancellation was dealt with. In particular the speed that the refund was made. I will definitely use e-spares in the future as they take customer satisfaction seriously.

The service I received from eSpares was excellent, the accompanying video allowed me to fit the spare part for my cooker quickly and easily. I shall certainly be using their services in the future.

Absolutely efficient company. Replacement secondary door for oven in stock, posted same day. Really impressed.Thought my Christmas dinner wouldn’t happen. Just lovely that efficiency still exists. Great company. Thank you.

I ordered some xmas lights on the 4th December which I didn't receive ! I was told to check my garage and with neighbours etc which I did still no sign of them and after letting them know this I haven't had a reply since after constant e mails I will also be taking this matter further as I have requested a refund for an item I didn't receive!

Had an issue with my Hotpoint Iced Diamond Fridge freezer where when the fridge door was opened the light would flash and the motor stop running. After a while the pump would start again but I guessed that I would have to spend money to buy a new fridge/freezer. I guessed that the possible fault would be the control board and went on the spares site to see if they could advise. They advised which board to purchase and alongside was a review from somebody who had had the same problem. Ordered the part from espares who delivered promptly. DPD advised me that the part would be delivered Monday but it arrived on the Saturday. Fitted the part and the fridge is now working fine. Saved me a lot of money. Thoroughly recommend the company.

I ordered some Christmas lights. My order was dispatched apparently but I tried to track it via Royal Mail website & after 3 days they hadn’t received it. I contacted eSpares via live chat & the man I spoke to said that they were having problems with the Royal Mail & to wait the week for it to arrive. Well it didn’t so I contacted eSpares again & they said the same thing to wait again, but this time I had contacted Royal Mail & they had said they hadn’t received my order from eSpares so I told them this, I eventually got them to agree to refund my money as the items were now out of stock! That was on the 15th November & I was told I would receive my refund within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received it I have emailed them twice to chase them up but still no refund. I’m going to take the matter further if I hear nothing back within 3 days. Watch this space!

On Monday morning I broke the shelf on the bottle drawer of my Neff fridge (my own silly fault). About 4pm the same day I found the replacement part on e-spares and ordered it. It arrived at 1pm the next day, 2 minutes to fit it. All done and dusted in 24 hours. Superb service from e-spares.

Very pleased with the costumer service. I ordered an item which was out of stock and had to be specially ordered from the manufactures. I was kept fully informed of the situation at all times. Later due to circumstances I no longer needed the item and requested that the order be cancelled and I be given a full refund. This was acted upon quickly and I was issued with a full refund.

The small grinder for my Braun kitchen hand tool had broken and I was able to replace it easily from Espares, which has lengthened the life of the equipment.

I contacted Espares for a replacement cover for my shower and also for a Charger for my Dyson, on both occasions I had a fantastic response, and the parts were Genuine Triton and Dyson parts. They are a fantastic company to deal with. No hesitations at all to use them again.

I recently purchased a grill pan from E-spares but, when it arrived, the handle was missing from the box. I contacted E-spares, who sent a replacement out. This arrived the following day. They sent me an e-mail with a returns label so I could return the one with the missing part at no cost to me. Well impressed with their customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
