“I ordered what I thought was correct bottom drawer for my freezer. turns out it was wrong one. I returned the drawer back to Espares without any problem and, as I couldn't find the one I was looking for on their site, they located the correct one for me within a matter of days. Excellent service.”

“I emailed Espares originally to ask if they had a part for my cooker. They responded quickly with details and price of part. I then emailed to ask if item could be returned if it did not fit, to which they said yes, and gave me details if needed. I found them to be very helpful, and my cooker is working fine now, saving me from having to buy a new one.”

“called 3 times for a return. now over14days they saying its to late. A return/refund cannot be processed. Called today was put on hold after the operater kept hesitating and cound not answer my questions, asked to be put through to supervisor... got cut off !!!! called again they said they want to trace all my calls made to them. Have used them a few times only just ordered a part the other day not knowing this still was not collected....will not be using them agin and will not recommend !!!!!!! AVOID”

“Ok accepting your order. after finding that the part i ordered was wrong i rang and emailed within half an hour hoping to cancel the item. You guessed ? it still came making a round trip to the post office of twenty miles. they must have a very fast delivery department”

“If you have the model number it is so easy to get the right parts through this company. This takes the guesswork out of your purchasing experience! Their customer service is good, they make returns fairly easy although you will be responsible for return postage fees if the mistake was yours (ie if you ordered the wrong part and it doesn't fit). I guess they can do this because everything they sell is linked to the model number of the equipment you're buying for.”

“I placed my order at 21.02 on Tuesday it arrived the next morning this would be very good normally..... But ..... I live on The Isle of Wight so this was a fantastic delivery time.... well done........ A+++ service......”
