“Oven element went belly up! Common sense told me a new one would be needed but how could l being a Pensioner get fixed during this lock down? First look at the repair Video see how it was simply explained and then order the replacement part just make sure you identify the correct one needed. Goods soon arrived so refresh myself with the Video instructions and soon sorted all back to normal and cooking just right..Thank you espares.. Peter Kelly”

“Excellent service from e-spares. I ordered an element for my electric cooker. Estimated delivery was a little longer than expected due to the ongoing coronavirus issue but the part turned up within 3 days. Very efficient service and would certainly recommend to anybody. We also found the video on the website very helpful. Thanks again.”

“Good clear pictures of the parts on the easy to use web site. Very fast delivery. Freezer door fixed ! very happy with these guys as it is a very old in built freezer and I doubted I would find the hinge required.”

“Needed a glass door for my washer a friend said to go on line to espares so I did , got the right glass door it came within a few days very well packaged and in good condition I fitted it now the washer is up and running again. eSpares are great to deal with would recommend them to anyone.”

“Oven blew the trip halfway through a midweek roast. After speaking to my sparky he recommended e spares and I must say from the first page, it was an easy process. Dispatched Friday, with me at 10:30 am Monday morning and up and running again by 11am. Great coms and service. Cheers e-spares and I hope your all keeping safe #covid19”

“I have dealt with eSpares several times in the past and would not hesitate to buy from them again. From the ease of finding the part needed through to ordering and delivery, I would definitely recommend them. The prices are extremely good especially when compared to the cost of buying a whole new appliance, from a kettle to a cooker I have saved money with them. Thank you eSpares.”

“Dropped the basket from the air fryer and snapped the handle off. Couldn't find one anywhere not even the makers, found E-spares and they ordered me one. It took two weeks but it's fitted and working again. Best £7 ever spent.”

“Ordered a part online it never went through rang company who advised payment never went through so ordered part over telephone. Checked account any payment did go through twice once from internet and once from telephone. Have been emailing them for nearly two weeks asking for my money back ive sent my bank statement to them and they keep saying they havent received it so keep refusing to refund it. Do not order anything from this company they are not a reputable company i will be taking this further”

“I needed a replacement shelf got my fridge freezer. I knew the make but not the model number of the appliance. I found the correct shelf easily on the well organized and well. illustrated on-line catalogue by referring to the photograph and the dimensions listed there. I ordered it with confidence . It was dispatched within hours and arrived the next day precisely at the time the parcel service they used promised. Brilliant service from both eSpares and dpd at this very difficult time. Thank you both . I've told my friends on Facebook too!”

“Ordered some Dishwasher/Washing Machine cleaner which was delivered the next day at the time I was told.Have used this cleaner before,it does an excellent job and leaves the machines smelling fresh. A great company to deal with.”
