I asked for a refund and they cancelled my order 27/05.

I cancelled my order on 21st April as the wait for the parts was going to be too long, and was told my money would be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Have been emailing them for nearly two weeks asking for my money back ive sent my bank statement to them and they keep saying they havent received it so keep refusing to refund it.

I ordered some xmas lights on the 4th December which I didn't receive ! I was told to check my garage and with neighbours etc which I did still no sign of them and after letting them know this I haven't had a reply since after constant e mails I will also be taking this matter further as I have requested a refund for an item I didn't receive!

Well it didn’t so I contacted eSpares again & they said the same thing to wait again, but this time I had contacted Royal Mail & they had said they hadn’t received my order from eSpares so I told them this, I eventually got them to agree to refund my money as the items were now out of stock! That was on the 15th November & I was told I would receive my refund within 3-5 days.

And as they 'never' received the rubbish spares that broke, they cannot refund or replace them.

When asked why they had not bothered to let me know as they had all my details the guy in 'Customer services' (Ha that's a joke) stated "Yeah we don't do that!" They immediately refunded me the £6.

Having not heard a thing since, no updates, nothing!! ( MAYBE AN UPDATE WOULD HAVE BEEN COURTEOUS AT THE LEAST), I called today 9/10/19, my first call was cut off before i even talked to anyone, when i did get through, they came up with a new estimated date at the end of OCTOBER!!!!!! 3 MONTHS since they took my payment!!!! I was not even offered a refund at this stage, it was assumed that i was going to just accept this VERY BAD SERVICE.
