“put the part numbers in and they just came up on the espares screen even with a picture of the items that i wanted to fix the cooker with , they were sent to me in quick time even saying when they were going to arrive they fit perfect checked it then put everything back together works a treat most important missis is happy with xmas coming up top job espares 5 star thank you Ron”

“Got my tumble dryer 'control panel buttons' delivered today as found mine had snapped yesterday. Control panel stripped, part changed, put back together and running within 15 minutes. Saved money doing it myself. The biggest cost was to have it delivered next day.”

“Cheap and easy to order. The first dispatched didn’t turn up within a few weeks so I contacted them and they quickly sent another. Then the original turned up - I told them and they said I could keep it!”

“I can honestly recommend e-spares as it is a pleasure to order off of them and they don't mind if you are a novice they will guide and help you with what you need ! I didn't think i would sort my problem out as it was just a stupid little part my wife had thrown away accidentally when cleaning.”

“part ordered on 25 Nov never received it, emailed customer services their response "wait for 10 days and if you do not receive it by then we will send you a replacement" so wait almost a month to get my oven working seriously? part ordered from their competitor yesterday delivered this morning fixed it and I have a working oven. need to inform my credit card company to stop the payment.”

“I wa delighted with the service I received from eSpares, having had no help from the supplier of my oven to get a replacement inner glass door, I turned to the internet, quickly found what I wanted, ordered it and it was delivered the next day.......problem solved, would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Absolutely brilliant service. My tumble dryer was making some odd noises and didn't want to risk inviting someone into my home to repair it due to lockdown. With the videos and website I was able to quickly diagnose the issue, place the order on Saturday evening and the part was delivered on Monday and we had the tumble dryer back up and running that evening. We are using the dryer a lot more now in winter and with having to launder the kids' school clothes more often. Saved us a lot of money and was fixed quickly. Very happy indeed.”

“Late on a Saturday evening - in a mega grump because my dishwasher was not heating up - I stumbled upon the eSpares website. It was a godsend as I am the world's most useless DIYer but eSpares helped me to diagnose the possible cause. Given that I'm not working because of Covid, I'm a bit strapped for cash and I was dreading having to call out a repair person. But, eSpares solved that dilemma by providing a lovely short video on how to test/remove/replace the suspect part and I now know how to use the multimeter I bought years ago but have never used because I didn't know how! So, having diagnosed the problem I went online (late on Saturday evening) and ordered a replacement - which arrived at 9.0 am on Mon when it was delivered by a helpful, cheery deliverer from DPD. The dishwasher was back in working order in no time at all at, I guess, half of the cost of having a professional call-out. Yes, I know I was lucky because it doesn't always work out right and the fault might have been more obscure. However, on this occasion everything went smoothly from the time I stumbled upon eSpares to the efficient and timely delivery by DPD and, following a quick video refesh from the website, installing the new part. Nope, I've nothing to do with either eSpares or DPD but I know good service when I receive it. Bravo.”

“Recently I ordered a replacement lamp for my MicroWave but realised on arrival it was the wrong one, I immediately ordered the correct one and asked customer services how I might return the first one and claim a refund. Customer services immediately refunded the first payment and I was very impressed. This a very trustworthy company”

“I didn't realise when I ordered a bag for the outdoor vacuum that I needed to order 2 parts. When I contacted Espares I did not have to pay a delivery charge for the part I omitted to order. The way the issue was dealt with was speedy and courteous. It was customer service at its best- other firms could take a lesson.”

“I (housewife) ordered two things, following the video explanation of how to replace the door lock mechanism. The more important washing machine repair item arrived promptly.With the other I was told after checkout and payment(!) that it is not in stock for another 6 weeks .So I'm awaiting the completion of this order.( That lost you a star) Without the video, I would not have tackled this repair as confidently. Live chat confirmed the compatibility with my model. Prompt and polite.”
