“Only needed a small item, a new lid for water filter jug. Found it on website easily and order was dealt with that day and delivered so quickly. Much appreciated, thanks e-spares”

“Item ordered early August and at the time showing as in stock. Order confirmation then confirmed delivery expected September (5 weeks) but this was subject to change. Even though the website was showing 3-4 weeks delivery. Checked for update on 5/9/19 and they confirmed delivery expected for 6/9/29. Item did not arrive checked again and was then told delivery 13/12/19, over 4 months from order, even this was subject to change. I then order from another suplier and item arrived the next day on standard delivery! Order now canceled and full refund received. Be warned delivery dstes form espares mean nothing.”

“Although they sent the wrong part their returns procedure was faultless and when I re-ordered the item it was with me overnight. Their illustrated part catalogue is just what I needed to identify the part and has served me well in the past.”

“My dishwasher was making a funny noise when I switched it on so I turned to Google and followed the Link to eSpares who had the answer I was looking for without having to spend a penny. I will certainly buy from them when the need arises and also recommend to friends and family”

“Excellent , fast service and exactly the part I needed for my Zanussi washing machine. A part i was orignaly told was obsolete!! Video made it easy for me to fit myself and hey presto! worked first time. Thank you for a great service. PS I will inform the engineer that the part IS available from youselves and not obsolete as he said.”

“I ordered, online, shortly after 8pm on Tuesday 10th Sept, and my order was delivered on Thursday 12th by 1:30pm. No Next Day delivery was requested, but between Espares & Royal Mail they did a fantastic job. What more can one ask for at this kind of service. Excellent Thank you.”

“Brilliant custmer service as always have used eSpares on many occasions .I purchased a tumble dryer belt which failed after 3 uses.I contacted them about the faulty belt and returned it to them. I was given a full refund soon after great service”

“I have used eSpares on many occasions, nice and easy to find what you need and always a fare price, Recently purchased a dryer belt which failed after only three uses, I contacted eSpares regarding the belt, purchased a new one and sent the failed one back, I got a full refund after they received the faulty belt.Always use them when I need a part for any of my appliance's in the home”

“I recently bought a motor for my vacuum cleaner that was shipped to South Africa but unfortunately arrived damaged and unusable. I reported the matter to eSpares who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement part at no extra cost. This is what you call service, prompt, with no questions asked. I will certainly only buy my spare parts fro eSpares even though i live in South Africa as one can rely on them. Keep up the good work eSpares, your service is outstanding.”

“I recently ordered from you a part from espares this was delivered within 3days it fits perfectly . Also I have previously ordered parts for various different appliances , never had a problem and if I was struggling to fit said part usually a video is available to a assist BRILLIANT service”

“Very poor service, poor telephone service, poor customer service, 4 telephone options 2 off them go nowhere other 2 hold you on call for ages costing a fortune, don’t reply to your emails. Very poor wont be using again”
